Once again, Silchester Market is delighted to run alongside Silchester Country Fayre. We would be delighted if you’d like to join us. Funds raised at the Fayre will be used for the upkeep of our beautiful village Church and other community projects. The pitch fee we request for a 3m x 3m pitch is £40. If you require more space, please let us know and we will advise you of additional cost.
Should you wish to make an application for a stall, please download, complete and return the application form to: info@silchestervillagemarket.org.uk.
We seek to book a variety of stalls offering a wide range of products and services. If there are multiple applications for the same type of stall we may choose not to accept them all. Your application for a pitch does not guarantee a place. If your application is accepted, we will contact you by email to ask for any necessary certificates, to confirm the fee due and to request payment by bank transfer within seven days please. Non-payment will void your application.
Fees once received are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled by the Fayre committee.
If you are providing or selling food or drink you must supply us a copy of a relevant Food Hygiene Certificate. If your stall involves any potential risk to the public, we will need to see a suitable Risk Assessment and if appropriate a certificate of Public Liability Insurance. We request that you send this information (as images or in PDF format) by email.
